Mr. Lwijiso Ndelwa is an accomplished corporate, commercial lawyer and legal consultant with a career spanning over a period of ten years. He was enrolled as an advocate of the High Court of Tanzania in 2010. He is also an advocate of the High Court of Zanzibar. Mr. Lwijiso areas of specialization include corporate law, labour law, debt recovery, banking law, arbitration, Conveyancing and Litigation. Mr. Lwijiso currently serves as the Managing Partner of Infinity Law Attorneys.

He holds a Master of Laws degree (LL.M.) specializing in Commercial Laws from the University of Cape Town-South Africa. He also holds a Postgraduate Diploma in Legal practice from the Law school of Tanzania; he obtained his Bachelor of Laws degree from Tumaini University, Iringa.

Mr. Khery Sanga is a commercial lawyer with both academic and practical experience of more than ten years. He was enrolled as an advocate in 2010. He is also an advocate of the High Court of Zanzibar. As a partner-his area of specialization includes labour law, corporate law, Tax Law, Insurance Law, Banking, Succession, Conveyancing, Commercial Law and Litigation. He joined the firm in 2016 from Reliance Legal Consultants.

He holds a Master of Laws degree (LL.M.), specializing in Commercial law from Mzumbe University. He has a Postgraduate Diploma in Legal Practice from the Law school of Tanzania and the Bachelor of Laws Degree (LL.B) from Tumaini University, Iringa.

Having worked as an advocate for 8 years, Mr. Innocent Mwelelwa has broad experience in high-value litigation cases. In his legal career, he focuses on litigation, labour law, conveyancing, corporate law, and contract law. Mwelelwa brings with him an excellent track record in commercial cases.

Mr. Mwelelwa also has extensive experience in corporate work and he plays a critical role in reviewing all contractual agreements from a litigator’s eye. His experience in land law, compliance and regulatory issues are invaluable. He has been involved in all land acquisition and dispute resolution that the firm has been assigned.

He holds Bachelor of Laws Degree (LL.B) from Tumaini University, Iringa and a Postgraduate Diploma in Legal Practice from the Law school of Tanzania.

Ms. Irene L. Nyange is an associate at Infinity Law Attorneys. She specializes in commercial law. She is an advocate of the High Court of the United Republic of Tanzania and the Courts subordinate thereto. Irene is also an Assistant Lecturer of the Tumaini University Dar es Salaam College. Her practice concentrates on corporate law, Regional integration laws, tax laws, insurance laws, banking, conveyancing, employment law, investment laws and litigation.

Ms. Irene holds a Masters of Laws Degree (LL.M) specializing in Regional Integration Law from University of Dar es Salaam. She also has a Postgraduate Diploma in Legal Practice from the Law School of Tanzania. She obtained her Bachelor of Laws Degree (LL. B) from Tumaini University Dar es Salaam College.
